Bring traditional akhada training into your home with the VASTAD Sagwan Wood Push-Up Bar, also known as a Push-Up Patti. Made from solid Sagwan wood, it features a contoured grip, a new center support for extra strength in the middle, and anti-slip rubber pads to keep it steady during workouts.
Choose a size by the user's height:
- Small: 2 ft (60 cm) patti length; suggested for heights of 3–4 ft (about 90–120 cm).
- Medium: 2.5 ft (75 cm) patti length; suggested for heights of 4–6 ft (about 120–180 cm).
- Large: 3 ft (90 cm) patti length; suggested for heights above 6 ft (about 180 cm).

Wipe clean after use and store in a dry place. Check the product and rubber pads before each workout, and use on a clean, level surface.
