Due to the nature of our products (food and consumable items), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases of:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds

Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used during purchase.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
